You can call 877-442-5774 and ask them to remove the charge.  They will do so and give you a confirmation number.  The charge is fraudulent, or at the very least unethical.

I Googled the charge and got my initial confirmation that the charge was bogus.  You can check out this forum:  complaintsboard.com
