Women seem to dominate white-collar jobs these days, which makes me wonder what is happening to all of the men. Certainly the advancements that women have made in professional fields is laudable, but is there a risk that we have done so at a cost and somehow left boys behind? I believe the graduation rates for 4-year universities reflect a similar trend.
