Are cds and dvds recyclable?

Can I recycle my cd-roms?  Can I recycle my dvds?  Can I recycle my cds?  Are cds recyclable?

The simple answer is yes, but not through regular curb-side recycling per treehugger.com.
Supposedly you will have to ship them to special recycling centers.

I also found the CD Recycling Center site with suggested programs for individuals, small businesses, and larger organizations:  cdrecyclingcenter.com
