Student-loan reform slid into health law - Washington Times

It's about time that private lenders were removed from the process. Sure, jobs will be lost, but students and their parents were paying for those jobs while the private lenders profited from the extra interest. It's good to see that corporate interests didn't prevail this time at the cost of consumers.
